Finance; Expenditures and balance

· Environmentally Preferable Product (EPP) Procurement and Sustainable Purchasing Policy, still due Towns of Ashfield, Chesterfield, Williamsburg, and Worthington, required to qualify for Sustainable materials recovery grant.

· FY27 new hauling, disposal fees take place July 1, 2026.

· Swap out requests, please check inventory before our meeting.

· Distribute large, laminated Calander of 2026 events.

· Distribute FY27 Town Assessment invoices due July 2026.

· CMRK New payment process.

· April, opportunity to order small blue recycling bins. The pick-up will be in Greenfield, request will be taken at this meeting, Appx $9.00 per bin.

· SMRP grants open April 1, 2026, Due June 1, 2026. Zoom informational session, April 2, 2026, by MassDEP.

· Announcements, Board members.
