Minutes from 1/30/26 approved unanimously, with one change correct James Wettereau name that is spelt incorrectly.

abstained were Towns of Westhampton, Plainfield

Finance report

Linda Distributed report of Finances for FY26, Approved.

EPP – still outstanding at this time were Ashfield, Chesterfield, Williamsburg and Worthington

Once passed, do not need to file again.

FY27 Hauling rates- Linda reviewed again the FY27 July 1 increase in hauling rates with all towns.

Swap outs- Linda has requested Towns check their materials that need to be swapped out and to bring this to our next meeting.

Distribute 2026 Calander of events.

CMRK-Textile company Linda reviewed their new payment structure, Approved

Blue Bin- Linda explained the group order for blue bins, these would be picked up in Greenfield.

Town that would like bins must inform Linda.

SMRP grants open April 1, 2026, Due, June 1, 2026, Linda informed the Board regarding the Zoom informational session.
