RE: HRMC year end FY26

Outstanding invoices due to HRMC:

As of June 30, 2025, all invoices have been paid. June 30th, Blue Bin Expense was submitted to Franklin County Solid Waste for the Town of Huntington for $386.50.

The Town paid HRMC in error, Deposit has been sent to our Accountant as of 7/10/2026 FY26 Expense.

As of February 2026, Florence bank balance was $66,092.92, Yearend $45,476.88.

This does not reflect the deposits of $385.50 that were just sent to our Accountant.

Payments reflected are as follows February through June 30: $524.50 Gazette for the RRR guide, Adam’s printing $230 2026 Calander of events, $900 Vita Records, Verizon cell phone $234.78, Stipend $750 monthly Administrative, $17,258.74 Administrative (salary) 1099. The balance year end FY25 was $42,046.37. (pass through)

Balance from FY26 to remain in passthrough is an additional $3430.51.

Our hard work and dedication have certainly made a difference. We received a Thank you letter from Hilltown CDC, from our donation in the total of $765.00.

The balance of $45,476.88 will remain in the pass-through for invoices paid by HRMC, such as HHW event, Universal Waste. We voted on Towns paying directly to the Tire vendors, interstate refrigerant as these are small companies.  With HRMC only doing warrants once a month, typically at the beginning of each month some vendors miss that window.

We voted at one of our Board meetings to have Town pay Directly to Family Tire, Interstate Refrigerant, East Coast Electronics, as they are the smaller mom and pop companies. NLR, INC has given HRMC a 2-month window for payment, HHW clean harbors I try to pay as soon as possible.  The new system seems to be working smoothly; vendor payment is received promptly by the Individual towns. I would like to suggest a Debit card to use in cases where we might order signs, blue bins directly from state contract, some of the companies require payment to purchase.

Prompt payment back to HRMC is always appreciated and I thank you all for your continued support.

The vendor MassCOR Industries  https://masscor.us/  Massachusetts Correctional Industries is a great way to purchase color metal signs. The prices are very reasonable.

We can explore events this year if you would like to.

Sincerely,

Linda Cernik, Administrator
