June Swap outs were discussed; Universal Waste towns will provide inventory.

Linda reviewed SMRP grant, drop off equipment, Swap shop, Peg Whalen inquired about Drop off equipment for Food Waste Collection. The grant was allocated for Toters $3,000 per location, up to 3 sites.  Goshen expressed interest in the paper compactor, Linda will meet with the BOH. No other request at the Board meeting requiring Drop off Equipment submissions.

Linda offered outreach at the Towns Transfer station to raise awareness about our upcoming HHW event.

Distribute 2026 Calander of events.

Blue Bin Distribution Towns of Ashfield, Cummington, Chesterfield, Huntington, and Williamsburg, invoices have been emailed out.         

Linda updated the Board regarding the Fundraiser for Hilltown CDC $765.00; Peg Whalen counted the donations, and delivered the money to the organization.  

Linda discussed signage that can be designed and purchased at MassCOR Industries at a very good price.
